A highly curved cut triangular prism.
Tridot is a six axes edge turning triangular prism with highly curved cuts. The cuts are curved so much that without a mechanism, the upper and lower halves do not appear to be able to mix. Only the dot at the center of each face allows the two halves to exchange pieces. There is internal bandaging that takes place, and the dots can seem to disappear into the crevasse between pieces, making the solving more challenging than it might otherwise be.
