A coloured version of the Hungarian Rings of soviet origin. It came in at least four different body colours.
This puzzle is named "?????????", transliterated "Vosmerka", which means "Eight".
Compared with the version from the other entry in the museum this one was made by different factories. The symbols on the back side (images 2 and 3 show different version) prooves that.
At least one version was produced in Ivano-Frankovsk.
Also the prices (4.17 or 4.00 USD) different.
The original price is based on the official exchange rate (0.6 roubles per dollar) although in socialist time this was completely theoretical.
