This puzzle is a Master Pentultimate with circles in the middle of each side. While the center piece is big enough, the designer decided to make a hole and reveal the pieces of Pyraminx Crystal pieces inside. He named it Crazy because all twelve faces can be arranged into 1 or 0 faces, by changing one part for each face on the inside.
