A three layered Megaminx created by Drewseph. The first auctioned for $2250 on Ebay in 2008.

Not only was this puzzle a massive achievement in design and construction, new casting techniques were introduced by Drewseph (two part molding where half is poured and partially solidified then squished onto the rest) to make such an endeavor posible in a reasonable amount of time.

In 2009 mass produced variant was presented by Cube4You.
This variant weighs 492 grams and has an edge length of 102.5 mm.
