Looks like a Pyraminx but is closely related to the Mastermorphix.

This is a heavily modified 3x3x3 and can be described as a faceless mastermorphix. The mastermorphix itself is an edge turning tetrahedron made from a 3x3x3. The difference to this puzzle is that in the mastermorphix all eight corners of the 3x3x3 are still visible. For this modification the creator has shaved four of those corner pieces down to almost nothing.
If this variant supported only 180°-turns it would be identical to Gelatibrain variant 5.2.1 and therefore couldn't change its shape.
The name for this puzzle was suggested by Frank Schwartz.
