A cylindrical puzzle with an offset(off-centric) axis of rotation along four of the sides creating a powerful whirl of twisty puzzles.

This puzzle looks similar to the other cylinder by Ilya Toporgilka which had 18 sides, 55 layers length- and widthwise and 44 layers high. However, the center of the rotation of four rectangular sides is not in the center. This is what makes the puzzle different in the motion. Its relative is a 3x3x4 I-cube made from a 3x3x6 by cutting 2 3x3 layers from one of its ends.
Ilya Toporgilka has also added a crazy aspect to the puzzle. It was achieved the same way as with his other crazy puzzles by reveiling and stickering the hidden layer without removing the locked pieces and then drawing the circles. As an easier example, the crazy 2x3x3 is the same as the 3x3x3 slim cube with one edge and one corner glued together and 2x3 sides being turned 180 degrees only; the crazy 2x2x2 Neptune is a differently looking 3x3x3 void fused cube.
