The dodecahedral equivalent of the (not yet implemented) Radiolarian 10.
In 2013 Jason Smith designed a series of face turning icosahedrons, known as Radiolarians. These distinguish each other through a progressing cut depth. However Jason left open one hole, the Radiolarian 10.
Ten years later Ian Henriksen did not fill the hole but implemented the same puzzle (with respect to piece types) in shape of a dodecahedron although he considers the design far from being perfect.
He gave it the name radio burst because the star patterns around both the corners and centers reminds him of crossette style fireworks.
It was printed in Inland Tough PLA on an Anycubic Kobra Neo. The inventor reduced the layer height to .15mm or .16mm (depending on the part) to improve the quality a bit.
Diameter (inner): 160 mm
Weight: 1516 grams
