Two circles with three turns. One turning in steps of 90°, the other with halfturns.
This is a somewhat larger version of the Lotica. It consists of two circles. One allows for quarter turns, the other for half turns. Unlike the Lotica one circle allows two turns with concentric circles.
The inventor uses the pseudonym "El Cubitero".
Printed in PETG plastic.
