Version from a 5x5x5. Later mass produced.
Images 1-3 show a sample made by Tony Fisher. It was revealed in 2008 that Aleh Hladzilin made the first known one.
In Tony's own words: "This is a standard cuboid transformation of an Eastsheen 5x5x5. It is 100% fully functional and quality is good."
Tony admitted further:
"When I was half way through contructing this puzzle I learned that Katuhiko Okamoto was also making it. Since mine is slightly different and made an alternative way, he has no objections to it."
And:
"I am guessing Aleh was the first to actually build one. He kept pretty quiet about it but I can vaguely remember him saying recently that he'd made one years ago."
The first mass produced version came from Calvin's puzzle in 2013 in black, white and stickerless bodies.
Size: 57 x 57 x 95 mm
Weight: 153 grams
In 2017 another 3x3x5 from WitEden was published in black, white and transparent blue bodies.
Size: 57.5 x 57.5 x 99.5 mm
Weight: 170 grams
