A promotional cube from Politechnika.
Advertising for the australian company of the same name.

Politechnika (later renamed into Politoys) is wellknown as the original producer of Rubik's Cube. Lesser known is that Politechnika also produced a large number (at least 39) of promotional cubes. These were sold in various blue packages known from that era.
The version shown here advertises for "ROCLA F?városi Vízm?vek" and "Aqua Seal" on the blue face.
ROCLA is an Australian company started in 1922 by Walter Robertson and Heaton Clarke, combining the initial letters of their surnames to form the brand name. The company is known for prefabricated, reinforced concrete pipes for sewerage and waste water treatment. In Hungary the company is now known as AGMbeton.
F?városi Vízm?vek means Capital Water Works, or in this case Budapest Water Works.
The two logos are shown on two blue stickers.
It came in the hungarian politoys packaging without Rubik's signature.
The year is unknown but 1983 is an upper bound.
