This is a 2D puzzle with intersecting circles. The puzzle consists of 4 circles intersecting with each other. Basically it is a bandaged Tetrakium, see the seperate entry. All Circles can turn in steps of 90� but only 3 of them can be turned at any given time. Bottom right or top left can not turn simultaneously, if one can be turned the other one is blocked and vice versa. Links
