This is one puzzle out of a series of seven. They are all inspired by Bent 1x2x3 I and Bent 1x2x3 II designed by Zsolt Arpad Papp. The designer applied the principle to puzzles of higher order.
In this case the designer designer a puzzle equivalent to a 3x3x3 but with the central layer bandaged into a 1x1x2 and with the slimmer layer on the outside.
