This is part of a series of three puzzles named "Finger HOP TianYuan". All share the mechanism of a 3x3x3 in several disguises. In this case the puzzle looks like O2 with central circles. The edge pieces are still present but only visible in midturn. Due to the cage, only slice turns are possible. Links
