This is a transformation of the Elite Skewb model into the shape of a Dodecahedron.
The concept "void illusion" is due to the fact that in reality there is no void design, there is a conventional core in the model. And the illusion of voidness is produced by hollowing out parts (including the core itself) in a way that does not compromise the stability of the whole.
