Except for the large corners, the rest of the pieces have been truncated/chamfered to allow a different colour pattern given to the model, which changes the resolution experience somewhat.
Part of the interest of this series of offset models has been to study how it affects not only the direction/axis linked to a cutting plane, but also the direction chosen in the design, which has allowed us to see that shallows and cuts deeper than the origin are not totally equivalent. The difference can affect the robustness of the model, its mobility or even its constructability.
