Click a thumbnail to see its larger version and description.
A dodecahedral skewb with deeper cuts than the origin, but in which not all the pieces are visible.

A set of 4 corners of the skewb are hidden, hence the solving experience cannot be that of a Skewb, but of a Pyraminx.
Can also be considered as an Extreme Offset Skewb Dodecahedron without windows inside.
Part of the interest of this series of offset models has been to study how it affects not only the direction/axis linked to a cutting plane, but also the direction chosen in the design, which has allowed us to see that swallows and cuts deeper than the origin are not totally equivalent. The difference can affect the robustness of the model, its mobility or even its constructability.
Printed in PETG plastic
Edge length: 23 mm
Weight: 56 grams
