3D-printed pieces were glued onto a megaminx to give it the shape of a rhombic triacontahedron. Compared with a "traditional" shape variant the face pieces of the megaminx are invisible.

This is a megaminx in shape of a rhombic triacontahedron. It is not the first megaminx in this shape. Compared with the "traditional" approach the face pieces of the original puzzle are hidden under the extensions which were glued onto the existing pieces.
This puzzle does not change its shape. Compared with the original puzzle the "edge" pieces do not have a visible orientation.
