A face turning rhombic dodecahedron with cuts to make the number of pieces minimal.
Rua is a face turning rhombic dodecahedron and has therefore an axis system identical to an edge turning hexahedron. Like all puzzles with this axis system it allows jumbling turns.
"Rua" means "two" in maori. That refers to the fact that the cuts are less deep compared to the Toru and resemble the cutting pattern of a 2x2x2.
