Politechnika (later renamed into Politoys) is wellknown as the original producer of Rubik's Cube. Lesser known is that Politechnika also produced a large number (at least 39) of promotional cubes. These were sold in various blue packages known from that era.
The version shown here advertises for MOKÉP. This is the abbreviation of the former Mozgókép distribution Company. As a state-owned company, it was the only film distribution company in Hungary until 1987 (Budapest).
Nowadays: Mokép - Hungarofilm.
The logo is shown on the blue face piece.
It came in the hungarian politechnika package.
The year is unknown but 1983 is an upper bound.
