A face turning octahedron with six layers.

This puzzle came about as a bit of inspiration from the Master Raptor Cube which challenged the inventor to see if he could design a master raptor skewb puzzle which after some messing around on the possibility of that design led him to think: Is it possible to create a proportional 6 layer face turning octahedron, and if not, how close can one possibly get? On a side note, according to the Royal Octahedron, it is not possible even for a 5 layer face turning octahedron. That said, the inventor figured out a solution to the problem, at least along the edges, with the use of using a slightly curved line to give enough room to be able to keep the corners secured, and then fudging some of the centre pieces so that the behaviour of the turning becomes identical to that of how a fully proportional 6 layer face turning octahedron using only straight lines would behave.
Edge length: 99 mm
