Two hexagonal prisms with three layers that allow to exchange pieces.
First this puzzle looks like a Siamese puzzle that combines two hexagonal prisms. If that were true the two halfes would be completely separate puzzles each of which would allow three of the square faces to turn.
But the puzzle allows more turns. It allows the two halves to be turned relative to each other. See image 4.
Most amazingly the top and bottom sides (with two hexagons each) can be turned and thereby allow to exchange piece between the halves. See image 5.
