The puzzles name is ?????-14, transliterated "Orion-14".
It is functionally equivalent to the "Circle Puzzle" which has a separate entry in the museum.
This is one of three puzzles Vladimir Krasnoukhov built in the 1980s. He made them out of metal by metalworking machines.
