This puzzle is very similar to the Eitan's Star and shares its axis system. The Mini Radio 3 Icosahedron has one extra piece type in the middle of the edges and it also has curvy cuts. This puzzle shape-shifts and is a very tricky to solve. The last picture shows the size difference sitting next to a Translucent Red Eitan's Star.
