Click a thumbnail to see its larger version and description.
A Tetrakis Hexahedron with a mechanism resembling the Helicopter Skewb but with more visible pieces and an additional axis.

The Tetrahexaminx V is similar to the Tetrahexaminx IV with extra cuts along the helicopter centers and a shallow hexahedron cut making this puzzle a triple hybrid. The puzzle was FDM printed in PETG on the Craftbot Plus and no sanding was required after supports were removed. Contributors for this puzzle include: Jenna Tattersall for print management and Justin Costa for mechanism inspiration.
Edge Length: 60 mm (long)
Weight: 265 grams

In June 2020 the inventor presented a version with slightly different cutting depths. See image 7.
