Four intersecting circles, two are 6-fold and two are 3-fold.

This puzzle was inspired the Puzzler from Douglas A. Engel. The inventor had designed two puzzles made on the basis of Puzzler: Irregular Puzzler 1.0 and Irregular Puzzler 2.0.
Like Engel's predecessor's this puzzle consists of two intersecting circles with 6-fold rotations. New in this puzle are the two smaller circles with 3-fold rotation. As in Aldebaran, a special "key" is used to rotate the inner circle.
