Two intersecting circles that both fully rotate in full after 10 turns.
Neon is a chemical element with symbol Ne and atomic number 10. It is a noble gas.
Because the inventor considered its exterior a little boring he experimented a little with the design and came up with a transparent frame.
Before he started selling the puzzle privately he made a small design change. Please refer to image 3 for the sold version.
