This puzzle is a Curvy Copter Plus combined with a 2x2. The name is based on the ComboCopter puzzle.
In that respect it is mechanically identical to the "Unbandaged Helicopter Cube Plus 2x2x2" from Eric Vergo but it uses different cuts and thereby shows other pieces.

A historical note: The Skewby Copter Plus was published no four weeks earlier. The inventor wanted his creation out because he feared something elese in the pipeline.
