This must be a 2x2x2 from the original cube craze. Despite this past it wasn't (re)discovered by the community since 2015.
Even more strange is its colour scheme, since it is stickered with only three colours: red, blue, yellow. No two equally coloured sides are opposite to each other. Therefore the cube has the same number of permutations as the six-coloured 2x2x2.
Judging from the text on the packages this version was obviously made for the german market.
