This puzzle is named ??????? ???????????, transliterated Kubiki Perevertyshi which means dice shifters.
The tiles on the eight cubes are slightly different compared with the variant from Tsukuda.
The original price is based on the official exchange rate (0.6 roubles per dollar) although in socialist time this was completely theoretical. The price (in roubles) is printed on both packages.
It came in at least four different versions:
