A moveable plunger intersecting with a rotating circle.

Kaleidoscope is a traditional 2D twisty puzzle. The puzzle consists of a slider, a circle and nine different coloured discs with an arrow.

Due to technical reasons, the slider and the circle are not on the same level. That is why it is important to pay attention to the following condition: The slider may only be moved if the puzzle is turned in such a way that the slider is at the bottom. The five discs should be on the appropriate positions of the slider.
The circle may also only be moved if the puzzle is turned in such a way that the circle is at the bottom. Then the seven discs should be on the appropriate positions of the circle.

Beyond the traditional goal of "scramble and restore" the puzzle can be solved by letting the arrows point all outwards.
