This on of the Tetraminxes of soviet origin. It is special because of its spiky shape. It is named "???????? ?", transliterated "Kristall M", which means "chrystal". It was produced in Riga, Latvia which is also the explanation why the leaflet was available in both russian and latvian.
The original price is based on the official exchange rate (0.6 roubles per dollar) although in socialist time this was completely theoretical. The price (in roubles) is made visible through the single embossed tile.
There were at least two different types of packages.

The leaflet is available in latvian and russian language and translates as follows:

Logical game "Crystal-M" is meant for development of memory, attention and spatial imagination.
Rules of the game: by turning movable parts around 4 axes one by one mix the colors on the faces. After that, restore the same color on faces again.
