Click a thumbnail to see its larger version and description.
In solved position this puzzle looks like a 2x2x2 with one cubie missing but it is indeed a moving hole puzzle which pieces can be strangely oriented.

This puzzle is another cooperation between Oskar van Deventer and Alex Polonsky. A close relative of this puzzle is Alex Black Hole. Both puzzle look like a 2x2x2 with one missing cubie. Both work with a moving hole and their cubies change their orientation while being shifted around a spherical core.
The difference between the two puzzles are the possible orientations. In the Polo Shift the cubies are rotated by 60° after each move.
