This is not the first mug with a puzzle-based theme. In the late 1990's there was a whole series of mugs.
Compared with the earlier series this mug has several differences:
It has a true cubic shape.
It is made out of ceramic instead of plastic.
It might look like a puzzle but it is just a mug.
It is licensed by Seven Towns.
