A Square-1 (or more precise: a Star Prism) in shape of an octahedron.
This puzzle functions like a Square-1 with 6 segments per layer. It is therefore equivalent to the Star Prism. This specific puzzle was transformed into the shape of an octahedron. It shall be noted, that there is no axis going through opposite tips of the octahedron. This would have been a "natural" transformation if this shape was given to an otherwise unmodified Square-1. The top and bottom faces still looks somewhat like the Square-1 because there are two types of pieces which are shaped identical.
Edge length: 64 mm
