A moving hole puzzle where you can can twist the 4 corner tiles all at once.

The puzzle is a sliding tile puzzle similar to the 15 puzzle with the difference that the "plunger" at the back can be rotated which causes the 4 corner tiles to rotate - also some moves are blocked as the corner tiles can only slide in one direction depending on the orientation of the twist.

There are at least four variations of this puzzle:
- Mona Lisa (the first version - back then sold as Code Breaker),
- Su Do Ku (with number 1-9; Twisted Mind)
- Twisting Rings (with a design of Jaap Scherphius made after request of the manufacturer)
- TwistoMania (It looks like a tsukuda's square design and includes a leaflet with 22 states for you to try to reach.)
