The 3x3x3 is standard. The stickers are standard. Unusal are their places. The inventor stickered the inner surfaces of corner and edge pieces with appropriately cut stickers. This results in a puzzle that solves mathematically like a void cube.
As you can see in image 2 one can't decide whether the puzzle is solved or not. This is true for any other state.
