A Square-1 truncated into the shape of a hexagonal dipyramid
A straightforward shape transformation of a Square-1.
No different colours are used for stickering this puzzle. Despite other monochromatically stickered puzzles like the Golden Cube this puzzles pieces are not all uniquely shaped. In fact every shape is present two times. This means the puzzle's number of permutations is reduced by a factor of 2^7=128.
It took thirteen years until somebody (Manuel Garc�a Rubikonde) made a sample with traditional stickers. See images 5-6.
