This puzzle comes with a booklet that contains 44 different challenges. It is in this way a pattern matching game. An original Binary Arts puzzle. A confusing mechanical mechanism moves the marbles around inside the frame. Various patterns have to be made with the two different coloured marbles in order to solve the puzzle. The puzzle contains 8 long bars with four slots in each of them. Each slot is a space where one of the marbles can roll into. However, there are 32 total spaces, so not every marble will roll where it is supposed to. A button on each side of each row (for 16 buttons total) can move the rows left and right, thus allowing the marbles to slide into a different slot. The 'sharp edges' mechanism can also cause marbles to get stuck, in which case the puzzle may need tilting or shaking. The box in images 2-4 is marked � 1993, 1994.
