The puzzle consists of four rings with eight coloured balls each. There is an additional layer at the equator which can be turned in steps of 1/8th of a full circle.
The english version (under the name "Screwball") was distributed by Gazebo Games in two different packages. Clever Toys version bears the name "Natur�l".
This puzzle was an exchange puzzle during IPP17 in 1997 under the name "Sortospherical puzzle".

There is also another version named "IQ Puzzle", seen in images 11-13. It apparently was produced primary for the dutch market. The alternative version (image 19) also uses this name.

In 2017 a mass produced version out of plastic hit the market, in black and yellow plastic. Please refer to images 14-18.

There exists another version (search for "Wooden Egg" in the museum) with a middle layer that is two marbles thick. Whether that version is made by Clever Toys is so far unknown.
