Hidetoshi was recently kind enough to send me a bandaged cube made from a Red DIY. He was trying out some read epoxy and although a bit darker than the DIY plastic, it came out very, very nice:

I haven't owned a bandaged cube before, and it is quite difficult. I think I am close to soving it, but it has proven quite a challenge.

Thanks Hideoshi!

So those darker red lines are actually the epoxy, and not gaps?

I made a bandaged cube once, and found it very difficult, but not actually that much fun.

Yes, the darker color does make it look like gaps, but they are actually very smoothly finished fused pieces.

I'm glad you like it, Dave.

And sorry, the dark red putty is for trial, perhaps I must needed to make a little light about the red putty.

It looks wonderful as all the designs made by Hidetoshi-san. :)

By the way, I was wondering Hidetoshi, do you plan to make more bandaged cubes? (If yes, I would be interested because I like the way you make your mods!)

:)
