Meffert's "Ultimate Skewb" puzzle (a.k.a. "Pyraminx Ball" or "Fisher's Dodecahedron") has been shown on his site http://www.mefferts-puzzles.com/ for several weeks now but has not yet been listed as available for purchase. I have noticed that the same item (also made by Mefferts) is now listed for sale at the Vpuzzles site http://www.vpuzzle.bigstep.com/ for $27.99. It seems surprising that a middleman has the puzzle available before Meffert himself. Has anyone had any experience ordering from Vpuzzles? I have also noticed that the prices on the other puzzles for sale at Vpuzzles have been considerably marked-up from what the Mefferts and Rubiks sites are charging. I think that I will wait until Meffert has them for sale and save a little money.

Meffert's Ultimate Skewb will be available from the end of April.
