The first appears to be a dino-cube-like mechanism, while the other seems to be a 5x5 Trajber's Octahedron!! :O

From what I can see, that octahedron is made from an ES 4x4.

That second puzzle looks amazing! Thats the first real 5x5 Trajebers Octahedron right? I've seen talk of it, but has anyone made it?

How does the first one move though?
it looks like the "petals" can be moved but how?

I believe that would be the first complete one. Me and Lee T. are in the process of making it though (im not sure if Lee T. has started his yet though).
