This site http://www.georgehart.com/ is maintained by a guy who refers to himself as a "geometrical sculpter". He produces some beautiful maths based works of art.

The reason I've posted the site here is that he also has an almost complete encyclopeadia of polyhedra including VRML models!! You will need a VRML viewer, but it is well worth getting one just for this site!

Anyone wanting new ideas for puzzles could do a lot worse than looking here. He provides all the mathematical data you would need for such projects.

gives a ne nuch of ideas for puzzle making but some of the shapes are just outta this world - makes an icosahedron/dodecahedron seem like a kid-level kinda thing.
