Is it possible to view a list of the topics that one have on the watchlist?

I previously used the function since I didn't thought I would be here as often as I have been, and I started to get tired about all those reminding mails about new posts, so I thought I'll terminate the watching.

Yes I know I can use the link in the bottom of those mails to stop the watching of that particular topic, but once in a wile I get mails "from" topics that have been resting for a while, and I thought I might be able to terminate all of them at once, so I don't have to wait for the emails.
I believe the termination of that function also redices the strain on the bandwith of the server that this site rests apon. Maybe not by any noticeable amount, but it would affect it, right?

You can set up a watch list... how? I need to do that!

Look under the textfield when you type a post there are a number of checkboxes. The one at the botom says "Notify me when a reply is posted". By checking that on several topics, you get the watchlist I reffered to...
