I think they both look spectacular.

Simply amazing!

Could you provide us with photos of the internal mechanism, so taht we can see how you could make this (remembering the discussion wether it was possible or not to do it from amegaminx)?

On this Weekend I will show photos of the internal mechanism. 8-) Wait please.
Absolutely there is no time. :(

the look on your megaminx-version is so much cleaner :)
the size, stickers, smaller edges etc :P I just love it

if only you would do a "how-to"-page like Jin did with the 3x3x5 :D

I can't describe with words how much i want one of these :P

Amazing construction.

Did you make a master of each cubie then just make plastic pieces from it? And if so, is there any chance I could buy 1 corner and 1 edge piece from you?

Fantastic work. Looks beautiful! I would guess you made these by molding the parts as I think a see where the flexible mold parts. How did you get the angles so perfect before copying the masters? I would also guess you did not stereolith them. Very very impressive. :D :D

Thanks all for good comments.
Answers to questions:
To Vadim:
To make pieces I used alumilite.
"Paren, u tebya zolotie ruki"
"Net, tolko kontakti platinovie"-tsitata iz k/f "Priklucheniya Elektronika" :D

To Lee T.:
You right, I did't stereolith parts. I used the same method and materials, as TBTTyler at construction of a gigaminx.

To pHeTe and Scott Bedard:Excuse, but I do not sell separate parts. :( Only the whole puzzle. But.................
Next week you will see it on ebay. Additional information you can find on marketplace section.

Unfortunately there is no way I could ever afford the entire puzzle, so separate cubies that I could try replicating would be my only way. Thanks though, and if you ever feel like selling (or trading) for a set of masters, let me know.

I am reviving this topic for some reasons.
Firstly this is an amazing puzzle that deserves all the atention it can get, asn secondly I didn't wanted to post the following question in the post about the auction of this puzzle.

The question is how big this puzzle is.
I kow I read somewhere that it was the same size as a Skewb Ultimate, but since I havn't seen one of those (not even a normal skewb) in real, I find it hard to grasp the exact size of it...
Could someone provide a measurement of either the hight of the puzzle when standing on one face, or the length of the edges, since any of those could be used to calculate / grasp the dimentions of the puzzle.

You can see it in relation to his hands in the video. It's in the first post in the Marketplace thread.

It is little bit bigger than megaminx made in China.
