I don't know if others have seen this, but when you edit a post it appears a small text below that sais like this

Or somthing similar anyway.

The thing is that to me it seems totaly random if this little extra text appears or not, anyone recognising the thing?

And another thing about editing posts, is it possible to have the forum display edits as posts?
I mean that if I edit one of my posts in a topic last posted in like three days ago, is it possible to make it appear like it was a new post in it, but insted of the link beside the topic that displays the name of the last poster, a text like "edited post by XXXX" would appear, and the link would make one view the edited post?
I havn't seen this in any other forum, so I guess it isn't possible, but I thought I might ask anyway...

It only appears if you edit after someone has posted after you. If you want to repost an edited post, just do so?
