I've been trying to solve one handed, but have only done so extremely slowly, about two minutes. Does anyone have anytips on one handed cubing. Also, I'm struggling with U turns (I hold left handed). Any tips/tricks? Thanks.

Check out Chris Hardwick's tips at http://www.speedcubing.com/chris/3x3onehand.html

If your cube is loose enough, you can push U with your index finger. Place it on the LBU sticker and then just push U. I'm not good at one handed, but I do a few solves now and then. As always, practice is the most important thing.

yes practice. also use as many fingers as posible. I turn the U and R faces with my index finger and the D and L faces with my ring finger.

Have you seen any videos of Ryan Patricio? That would be the person to try to emulate. Every time I see him OH solve I'm in complete disbelief. Simply amazing.

good luck!

my best OH time is about 55 seconds on a lucky case. I probably average about 1:20. I don't practice very much though.

a really really really slick cube helps. Also only use the very tippy tips of your fingers to turn the cube.X and Y will help alot if you are fast with it without dropping the cube.
