This is my latest mod which I have called the Math Cube, because the cuts on the faces look a bit like mathematical symbols + - x and divide (dot slash dot).

Now added to my Shapeways Shop.

The core is a mini 3x3x3, slightly truncated, placed rotated and off-centre within the overall cube. The extensions were designed in SketchUp, printed by Shapeways in WSF, dyed using RIT dye and the stickers were printed by Oliver.

The raison d'ĂȘtre for this cube was that I was playing around with some cutting planes based on the mini-3x3x3 and I found that I could create a face which seemingly only had 2 cuts which I liked. The cube is 57mm and weighs 78g.

Very nice but shame on you for calling it Gus's Math Cube. As a fellow Brit you know it should be called Gus's Maths Cube.

Tony if you want to get into such detail, I'm pretty sure there isn't a need for an apostrophe afterwards due to the 's' At the end of Gus ;)

On topic: Amazing work Gus :D

Thanks guys. Claus, the internal cube is a mini Witeden 30x30x30mm. I used this because it has a high quality mechanism and has adjustable screws.
