Hi,

Some minutes ago I added a puzzles with index=3898. This puzzle was the last one on the backlog of the forum.
As stated earlier only the inventions of some guys called "Andreas Nortmann" and "Pantazis Houlis" were missing. This changed today. I have to say the first guy made such a huge number of useless sticker variants, bandaged puzzles and strange truncations that I decided to leave some of them out of the museum forever.

All puzzles now missing in the museum
  • were not custom built or presented on the forum
  • or are younger than ca. one month
  • or are missing information, images, etc.
  • or I forgot them

Please contact me if you know anything missing in the museum.
Please contact me if you want to join my image-editing staff.

Sidenotes for Pantazis:
1. I made use of the preedited images you sent two years ago. Thank you for those images and sorry that it took me so long.
2. Thank you for your website and the descriptions of those cursed graphidrons.
3. Curse on your for creating such things which are so hard to describe!

Best regards
Andreas

This is indeed a great milestone for the museum, which is by far the best database for twisties on the internet. Well done.

Do you still need any more information for the Master Square-1?

2287 if you count only the new ones. but I enhanced old entries as well so your numbers fits better.

No.
For the last batch I did only things from the past. Therefore I postponed newer inventors like yours. The Master Square-1 will be added with the next batch.

Keep up the great work Andreas! We (the forum) appreciate it and we (the former Museum moderators) *really* appreciate it!

Andreas, your contribution cannot be described by words. A SPECIAL HUGE THANK YOU from me! :)

And... please don't forget the (underestimated) Matrix puzzle, whose structure can emulate
ANY algebraic puzzle, twisty or not! I feel it is more than a puzzle as it is based on the fundamental
elements of Group Theory, the... permutations! Rob was the only one who realised that it is essentially
the ultimate twisty puzzle... Turing machine!

In any case, at least I had not made any extra variants for this puzzle/concept besides the one
with four (i.e. using the full symmetric group S4) marbles, so there won't more curses!

Again, thank you so much, I hope to see you again in person soon, we got a lot to discuss!

Thank you Dave and Otis.

Pantazis: Thank your for pointing me towards that one. I think I missed it because it was presented via Grégoires account.
BTW: I have to inform you that Grégoire will be named as inventor. In cases of collaborations (like this) my policy is to name the builder or CADer as inventor and the idea giver in the description.
Of course I am happy that you stopped with S4!

If anybody knows anything else missing in he museum, please drop me a message.
Andreas

Wow,
this was really a hard job to reorganise the existing structure of the museum and then include all the puzzles published in the last years. I know from my own website how hard it is, to keep it up to date. And this is more or less only my private business. Your engagement is incredible and invaluable for the community. Many people might not see it yet.

Andreas, thanks for all the work. And this goes also to all the supporters, who prepared the pictures for this. This is really also not too much fun.
Fantastic!

With my full respect for all this time spent - Frank

Thank you Frank.
It is interesting that you mention the new structure.
I am afraid I have to create version 4 in half a year or so.
