LOL! i was bidding on that giant cube! im 'aolisavirus'.
i later found one for 15$ lol, idk what that other guy was thinking. well, idk what i was thinking either. i guess it was a mix of, well, how far will this guy go, and is it worth an expensive risk to make this guy go a little higher? lol.

"iltfsygs" bid high on one of my auctions a few months back. The seller won't hear from him. I'm surprised that user name has not been suspended yet. I don't understand what this person gets out of wasting time.

I think if someone has private feedback it still should show the percentage of positive feedback when they are the buyer and it is less than 75% positive. The seller and other buyers need some kind of protection from deadbeat bidders.

I didn't see the auction. At first look, it looks like a bunch of cheap puzzles until I saw that red/white domino. I don't know if I would have bid if I saw it.

Is this the puzzle? I haven't played with it much but I do think it folds and unfolds kind of like a snake.

I just sold 1 of my roto puzzles. I noticed that the greens were slightly different. I am sure there are many puzzles that have different shades from each other. I thought I would take this photo while I had the chance.
I also found this stange sticker variation. Tic Tac Toe. Cube was only $1 but shipping from England was a lot more

Weird that they would refer to it as a puzzle it's really not it's more of a geometric toy there is no solved state just many combinations. I love those things. The cool thing is if you turn it inside out it makes a ball and has a hollow center that you can put another of them in the cube shape inside. They are fun but no puzzle and no challenge.

Peter, sorry about the Taz head. In fact, I didn't really expect competition on this one, yet was cautious to set my bid high enough in attempt to ensure that I win. And indeed you guys drove the price high up.
The truth is I had a watch for a taz head for almost a year now, since Phil (mashick) found one in June last year. It's crude so I am sure I missed a few, so this is the only one I catched since I set up the watch.

That picture must have some magic power. Another seller stole it to sell another deluxe for $299:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 6047749874
Oh wait... I just noticed the seller of the latter auction is the winner of the former! What the...
And here's a small painting of an (invalid? judge the front corner) cube for $100:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 7400686373[/quote
THIS IS SOMETHING ELSE THAT IS GOING ON. MAYBE TRADING SOMETHING ELSE AND BEING ABLE TO PAY FOR IT THROUGH PAYPAL. MAYBE BORROWING MONEY THEN PAYING IT BACK. MAYBE MAKING SOME TYPE OF ILLEGAL TRANSACTION. WHO KNOWS, I DO KNOW THAT NO ONE IS GOING TO BUY IT NOW THAT CUBE FOR $300. THERE IS SOMETHING ELSE UNDERLYING.

LOL This is the name of the game on ebay and I believe it is a fair game! Congratulations on your auction win. I am always glad if it ends up to a Twisty member, especially to you who helped me and others in the past! In my opinion, mashick is one of the most smart and experienced ebayers when finding an item. He must have some sort of crystal ball LOL
Everytime I bid for some "hidden gem" I am always scared he will appear in the last seconds and outbid me!
(Plus, I love his profile picture, and that was what made me search for the Taz head!)
